I work in clay animation (yes, plastacine!) My style has been compared to that of U.S. cult legend Mr Bill. The cheapness and the thumbprints on the clay make all the difference as I strive to create as lo-fi as possible an approach to the characters and sets… This gives the viewer a feeling of relief that they are NOT entering into the world of boring digital gloss…. Yes ! Cheap, cheerful, rubbish and stupid!
